What is the application scope of the laser paver?
A laser paver is a high-precision device for concrete construction, and its application scope varies by type and function, mainly falling into two categories: ground leveling and bridge deck paving.
Ground Leveling Applications
It is primarily used for concrete ground construction with large areas and high flatness requirements.
Typical scenarios include: modern industrial plants and production workshops, logistics warehouses, freight yards and docks, large shopping malls, squares and airport aprons, municipal roads and sidewalks.
Centered on a laser measurement and control system, this type of equipment enables automatic elevation control with high construction efficiency. The flatness error can be controlled to the millimeter level, making it suitable for scenarios with a single-operation width of 2.5–3.85 meters.
Bridge Deck Paving Applications
Exclusively designed for bridge structures, it is used for concrete paving of bridge deck pavement layers.
Key features:
Applicable to various main line super large bridges, ultra-high or widened bridge sections
Adopting 3D laser technology, it can automatically position slope changes and precisely control the thickness, width, elevation and cross slope
Reduces secondary joint treatment and improves the integrity and durability of bridge deck pavement
Some equipment supports laser-ultrasonic composite technology to enhance adaptability to complex bridge deck structures
In addition, some equipment (such as 3D laser pavers) can achieve concrete paving for complex geometric shapes including flat surfaces, inclined surfaces and double slopes by installing a 3D laser control system. They also support real-time transmission of construction data to mobile terminals, facilitating project supervision.
