Operating Methods and Requirements for Floor High-Speed Polishing Machine
A floor high-speed polishing machine generally refers to an industrial device used for ground grinding and polishing. It can be divided into two types according to its functions: floor grinding and polishing machine and high-speed polishing machine, with distinctly different operating methods.
Operating Method of the Floor Grinding and Polishing Machine
This type of equipment is mainly used for the grinding and glazing treatment of epoxy floors, cement hardened layers and other ground surfaces.

Operating Procedures and Requirements for Floor High-Speed Polishing Machines
A floor high-speed polishing machine generally refers to an industrial equipment used for ground grinding and polishing. According to its functions, it can be divided into two categories: floor grinding and polishing machine and high-speed polishing machine, with significantly different operating methods.
I. Operating Method of the Floor Grinding and Polishing Machine
This type of equipment is mainly used for grinding and glazing treatment of epoxy floors, cement hardened layers, etc.
1. Preparatory Work
Ensure the ground has been cured or colored.
Fill the spray bottle with CFS-401 glazing agent and spray it evenly on the ground.
Use a mop to spread the polishing liquid uniformly, then let it stand for natural drying.
2. Equipment Startup
Run the equipment idly until the rotation speed stabilizes before starting the ground grinding operation.
After grinding, the surface smoothness can exceed the industry standard value of 80.
II. Operating Method of the High-Speed Polishing Machine
The high-speed polishing machine performs soft friction polishing on the ground through a high-speed rotating brush disc, suitable for flat and hard surfaces such as marble, granite, and wooden floors.
1. Pre-Polishing Treatment
First, dry-wipe the ground to remove dust and debris.
Then wet-wipe to eliminate sand particles, ensuring the ground is clean.
2. Equipment Inspection
Check if the polishing brush is clean or needs replacement.
Confirm that the speed controller is in the normal gear.
3. Operating Procedure
Start working from the area closest to the power socket.
Maintain a straight walking path, and overlap the current polishing pass with the previous one to avoid missing any areas.
4. Safety Precautions
It is prohibited to lift the operating lever, use flammable liquids to clean the ground, or operate in humid, rainy, or snowy environments.
III. Key Differences and Tips
The floor grinding and polishing machine focuses on glazing and curing treatment, requiring the use of chemical agents.
The high-speed polishing machine focuses on physical friction polishing, without the need for chemical agents.
Both types of equipment must be used in a dry, indoor environment.
Before operation, be sure to check the operation manual to ensure the parameters match the scene requirements.
